As our products are digital assets (online courses and quizzes), our policy differs from physical goods. Please read the following carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
1. General Refund Policy
We offer a 7-Day money-back guarantee on most of our courses. If you are not satisfied with the content, you may request a refund within this period, provided the following conditions are met.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must submit your request within 2 days of the original purchase date.
- You must have completed less than [e.g., 20%] of the course content.
- You have not attempted the final exam or claimed a certificate of completion.
If you have completed the course, downloaded all available offline materials, or received a certificate, we reserve the right to decline the refund request to prevent policy abuse.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of digital goods, the following items are exempt from refunds:
- Downloadable Resources: Cheat sheets, PDF notes, or study guides that have already been downloaded.
- Quizzes/Mock Tests: One-time use practice quizzes where the answers/results have already been revealed.
- Consulting/Mentorship: One-on-one sessions that have already taken place.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotional sale or using a discount code are final sale and cannot be refunded.
3. Course Swaps (Exchanges)
Did you accidentally purchase the wrong course? Instead of a refund, we are happy to exchange your purchase for a different course of equal value.
- Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
- The course must not be started or completed.
To initiate a swap, please email us at drxmentor@gmail.com with the subject line “Course Exchange.”
4. How to Request a Refund
To complete your return/refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
Please email us at drxmentor@gmail.com with:
- Your Full Name.
- Order ID / Receipt Number.
- The reason for the refund request (your feedback helps us improve).
Once your request is received, we will inspect your course progress and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Processing Refunds
If your refund is approved:
- Your access to the course/quiz will be immediately revoked.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within [5-10] business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
